  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions: How to Cook Nixon Chicken Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
