  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions: How to Cook Nicaraguan Chicken

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and oregano.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
