  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
