  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
