- 1/2 cup vegetable or fish broth
Instructions: How to Cook Moroccan Fish
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
