Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and minced garlic.
