  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread half of the cooked spaghetti evenly.
  7. Pour half of the chicken mixture over the spaghetti and spread it evenly.
