Mcdonald’S Chicken Fajitas Recipe

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole, for topping (optional)


  1. Start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. Next, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips as well.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink in the center, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion.
  7. Sauté the vegetables until they are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  8. While the vegetables are cooking, prepare the spice blend by combining the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  9. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked chicken back to the skillet.
  10. Sprinkle the spice blend over the chicken and vegetables, and stir well
