Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Start by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. Next, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips as well.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
