- 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
