  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions: How to Cook Masters Chicken Salad

  1. Start by poaching the chicken breasts. Place the chicken breasts in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
