Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
