  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
