Lemon Balm Recipes Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon balm leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon balm leaves, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
