- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
