- 1 cup kumquats, sliced

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
