Kosher Sesame Chicken Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until well coated.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the coated chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
