  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. In another shallow dish, place the flour.
  5. In a third shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  6. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, shaking off any excess.
  7. Next, dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  8. Finally, coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  9. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  10. Add the breaded chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  11. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
