  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced


  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and green onions.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
