- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
