  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen peas, frozen corn, diced carrots, diced celery, diced onion, minced garlic, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix well until the breadcrumbs are coated with butter.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the breadcrumbs are golden brown
