  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
