Kevin's Korean BBQ Chicken is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the smoky and sweet flavors of Korean barbecue with tender and juicy chicken. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue with friends and family.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
