- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 cup thick coconut milk
- Salt to taste

Instructions: How to Cook Kethels Chicken
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies. Cook for another 2 minutes.
