Jerk Chicken And Shrimp Pineapple Bowl Recipe


Jerk chicken and shrimp pineapple bowl is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the heat of jerk seasoning with the sweetness of pineapple.   • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, shrimp, jerk seasoning, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken and shrimp evenly.
  3. Thread the chicken, shrimp, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.
  4. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the shrimp is pink and opaque.
  5. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the pineapple bowl by cutting a pineapple in half lengthwise and scooping out the flesh, leaving a hollowed-out shell.
  7. Chop the scooped-out pineapple flesh into small pieces and set aside.
  8. Fill the pineapple bowl with the cooked chicken, shrimp, pineapple chunks
