Jerk chicken and shrimp pineapple bowl is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the heat of jerk seasoning with the sweetness of pineapple. Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, shrimp, jerk seasoning, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken and shrimp evenly.
  3. Thread the chicken, shrimp, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.
