- 500g chicken liver
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions:
- Start by cleaning the chicken livers. Remove any connective tissues or membranes and rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
