  • 500g chicken liver
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Start by cleaning the chicken livers. Remove any connective tissues or membranes and rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
