  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: How to Cook Jamaican Fricassee Chicken

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, allspice, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
