Instructions: How to Cook Jamaican Chicken Patty
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and cold butter. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add cold water gradually and mix until a dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned. Add the onion, garlic, curry powder, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
