- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions: How to Cook Instant Pot Fish
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the "Saute" function. Add a little oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes, coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and coriander to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Add the seasoned fish fillets to the pot, making sure they are submerged in the sauce.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, do a quick pressure release. Carefully open the lid and give the curry a stir.
