  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, coating it evenly. Shake off any excess flour.
  4. Dip the coated chicken tender into the egg mixture, making sure it is fully coated.
  5. Return the chicken tender to the flour mixture and coat it again, pressing the flour mixture onto the chicken to ensure a crispy coating.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each chicken tender.
  7. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  8. Carefully place the coated chicken tenders into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet.
  9. Cook the chicken tenders for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
