  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
