Holden's Ranch Chicken Stew is a hearty and flavorful dish that is perfect for a cozy family dinner. This stew is packed with tender chicken, vegetables, and a rich ranch seasoning that adds a delicious twist to the classic chicken stew. Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
