Hillarys Chicken Ole Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
