Herb De Provence Chicken Recipe


Herb de Provence Chicken is a classic French dish that is bursting with flavors from the Mediterranean region.   • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons herb de Provence
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the herb de Provence, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and rub the herb mixture all over them, making sure to coat them evenly.
