Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice with Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of creamy cheddar, tender broccoli, and juicy chicken. This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a comforting meal on a chilly day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
