HCG Phase 2 Chicken Recipes
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutesIngredients:
- 100g chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breast in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled chicken with your choice of HCG Phase 2 approved vegetables or salad.
