HCG Phase 2 Chicken Recipes

  • 100g chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breast in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the grilled chicken with your choice of HCG Phase 2 approved vegetables or salad.
