  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Cava (Spanish sparkling wine)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: How to Cook Harissa Chicken Cava

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then rub the harissa paste all over the chicken. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
