  • 4 hake fillets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions: How to Cook Hake Fish

  1. Season the hake fillets with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour, shaking off any excess.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the hake fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
