  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the cold butter cubes and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Add the cold water gradually, mixing with a fork until the dough comes together. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. Add the shredded chicken, chicken broth, and breadcrumbs to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for a few minutes until the mixture thick
