  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
