  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the Game Time Chicken hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
