Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick. You can make them any size you prefer.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the chicken patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
  6. Cook the patties in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
