Fruity Fran Chicken Salad Chick Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, grapes, pineapple chunks, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
