Fruity Fran Chicken Salad Chick Recipe

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, grapes, pineapple chunks, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
