  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and pineapple juice.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
