Instructions: How to Cook Fish Patties
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the fish is finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped fish, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties using your hands and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
