Instructions: How to Cook Fish Japanese

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let the fish marinate for at least 10 minutes.
