  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
