- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
