  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and any other desired toppings


  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, then cut them into small slider-sized pieces.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the buttermilk, then coat it in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. In a large skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
