Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, and the juice of one lemon.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts, then spoon the herb and lemon mixture evenly over each breast.
