  • 8 oz ditalini pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ditalini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
